Business Development Executive (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to introduce our company and services.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and provide tailored tax and financial solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Lead Generation: While the company will provide leads and schedule meetings, you will also be expected to proactively generate your own leads to meet KPIs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to create and present customized proposals and service offerings.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development (B2B), preferably within a tax consultancy, financial services, legal services, or other professional service industries (e.g., management consulting, corporate services).
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Strong ability to understand client needs, ask the right questions, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to generate leads independently and take initiative to achieve business goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tax consultancy industry or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
  • Driving License is must.
  • Candidates must have prior B2B experience to be considered for this role.
