Key Responsibilities:
- Client Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to introduce our company and services.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and provide tailored tax and financial solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Lead Generation: While the company will provide leads and schedule meetings, you will also be expected to proactively generate your own leads to meet KPIs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to create and present customized proposals and service offerings.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in business development (B2B), preferably within a tax consultancy, financial services, legal services, or other professional service industries (e.g., management consulting, corporate services).
- Consultative Sales Skills: Strong ability to understand client needs, ask the right questions, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to generate leads independently and take initiative to achieve business goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tax consultancy industry or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- Driving License is must.
- Candidates must have prior B2B experience to be considered for this role.
