Telesales Executive (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Contact potential clients using provided lists and databases.
  • Client Engagement: Present the company’s services and value proposition effectively.
  • Meeting Coordination: Propose and schedule meetings between potential clients and our consultants.
  • CRM Management: Use the company’s CRM software to log calls, track client interactions, and follow up on leads.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on call outcomes and scheduled meetings.
  • Self-Management: Maintain a professional and productive remote work environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and call systems.
  • Remote Work Setup: Must have a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet targets.
